• Ensure that you receive your rent promptly - always within 3 working days, but usually quicker
• Never add any additional charges when works are carried out on your property -if a plumber charges £50, you will pay £50
• Keep in regular contact with you and always seek your approval for maintenance/ repairs to be carried out - we would never just spend your money without asking first
• Use our established relationships with trusted tradesmen to ensure maintenance/ repairs are carried out quickly
• Hold the tenants deposit for you in our bonded deposit scheme
• Carry out inspections against the inventory on entry, every 6 months, and on exit
